Is The Service Free?
Yes. You will never be charged for our scheduling service. Whether you are scheduling a one time event or recurring service...one truck or multiple trucks at a time, the scheduling service is always FREE!!
Is There a Minimum?
No, food trucks waive their minimums when working with us. They depend on promotion and thoughtful scheduling to maximize the success of the services.
Can we choose our own truck?
That depends. Our free service works because these small businesses trust us to be thoughtful when scheduling them. Matching trucks to clients amounts to constantly hitting a moving target. It is a 24 hour a day process. Choosing trucks presents a far greater challenge. So, the option of choosing a truck is reserved for those clients offering at least a $500 guarantee. (This is money paid directly to the food trucks for their service, not to ScheduleAFoodTruck).
After We Schedule, Can We Cancel?
We completely understand that things happen that may necessitate canceling a scheduled service. We just need clients to be mindful of the cost, both financial and otherwise to the truck. Once they commit to your service, they turn down subsequent opportunities, they purchase food and pay help. Canceling a service can be a real hardship for these small businesses. So please, cancel only as a last resort.
What if My Truck Breaks Down?
As food trucks are mechanical in nature, they can and do malfunction from time to time. At scheduleAFoodTruck, we pride ourselves on being able to respond to such occurrences in time to avoid any interruption in your service. The moment we hear of a truck breaking down, we work to secure a replacement. We will send you a new menu the minute it's confirmed. If it is too late to rally a replacement that day (A truck operator will have to get from home to their truck, prep food and arrange for help. This takes time), We will schedule a make up service as soon as is workable for you. We cannot guarantee that no service will ever be missed. What we can promise is that we will never allow a service to be missed without putting forth our very best effort to avoid it.
